Starting a good new habit or stopping a bad old one is harder then it looks and our aim with the camoaign was to provide tools and a simple way for Cantabrians to engage and think about their habits.
We created Habit Sticks - a simple free device to help make your ‘habit stick’. Users simply wrote on the front the habit they wanted to change and every day ticked off that they had done it. Scientifically if they had completed this in 21 days with the spaces they should be well on their way to forming a good habit. They were then encouraged to share their habits on the website to help encourage others. They were housed in bright coloured colourplan stock in mini sheaths.
